How to book a viewing?

- There is also a secure undercover bicycle store for all residents.
- There is on-road permit parking close to the development (please contact BPC council for more details on how you can apply), in addition to several car parks which offer annual parking permits.
Canaway Court is also situated within close proximity to the town centre and Poole Bus and train stations.
Do I get my own post box?
Every resident at Canaway Court will benefit from an individual post box in the reception/lobby area.
Is there a lift?
There is lift access to all floors as well as a stairwell.
Can I have pets in the block?
Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for more details, however, we have been informed by the developer that the lease currently restricts pets from being permitted in the block, unless permission is granted from the freeholder at their discretion.
Is there is EWS1 in place?
Yes, the developer informs us that there is an EWS1 available for successful buyers upon request.
Are there balconies with any of the apartments?
Some apartments come with access to Juliette balconies and some come with access to private walk-on balconies; please see the price list for individual apartment details.
What is the council tax bands?
The council tax bands are currently being discussed with the council, as the developer has noticed an error on the current bandings displayed on the adverts. The developer expects this matter to be resolved soon.
Are there any appliances included?
Yes, all apartments come complete with dishwasher, washing/dryer, fridge/freezer, hobs and cookers. Please note that the developer has advised that although these appliances are new, they are not included with any guarantees or warranties.
